The jurisdiction and venue of the case depend on several factors, including client's state of residence and where the client was injured. We can best determine where to file the suit once we obtain information from you. 

How long will the lawsuit take? 

The length of time it will take your case to get to court depends, in part, on the state and county where it is filed. It can be as quick as six months or as long as three years.

How are the lawyers paid?
